Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any BlueNeo LLC ("we", "our", or "us") mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.

Use of Our Apps

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the apps
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the apps for any illegal purpose
• Transfer your license to anyone else
• Use the apps in any way that could damage or impair them

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within our apps. You are solely responsible for the content you store, including ensuring you have the right to use any photos or media you add.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not access, view, or share it with third parties.

In-App Purchases

Some features in our apps may require in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.

Subscriptions: If applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information
• Security of data storage

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueNeo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our apps.

Data Loss

While we design our apps to safely store your data, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur. We recommend regularly backing up important information and enabling iCloud sync where available.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the apps will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
